Job Description

- Assists the project coordinator in his daily responsibilities in implementing an IT project. - Coordinates communication, exchange and filing of documents between both Ghanaian and Foreign partners. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way - Client and key account relationship management - Liaise with Government of Ghana and its agencies on projects - Monitor and evaluate progress of the project - Preparing reports and making recommendations to management. - Tracking goals and reporting results as necessary - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Required Skills / Experience

- Work experience with National ID project and/or VFS Global - Work experience with Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a plus - Minimum Three years of work experience in a similar role - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree - Project Management training

Years of Experience : 3 Years

- Advance knowledge and understanding of technology, software, hardware, IoT, cloud computing - Familiarity with business principles - Excellent communication skills - Leadership ability - Outstanding organizational skills - Experience in working as part of a team
