Job Description

Following tasks are included. • Prepare softcopy in MS Office software for the appointed material • Digitation the handwritten illustration using MS Illustrator • Editing the draft M/G based on the discussion • Support C/Ps to prepare PowerPoint materials for presentation • Preparation of manuscript for printing, and • Other duties to be assigned from time to time


Required Skills / Experience

• Degree in Administration/ Bachelor of Arts/Information Technology/Publishing Studies or related. • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the publishing industry and as an administrative assistant • Extensive knowledge in the usage of Microsoft Office suite especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Illustrator, Power Point, Publisher etc. • Must have his/her own laptop or computer.

Years of Experience : 3 - 5 Years   
    

Competencies

• Should have very good typing speed and know short- hand writing • Possess good communication skills • Good command of the English language
