Job Description

• Follow the contracts on sales force and match them with the cost sheet to ensure that the entered data is correct. • Issue invoices according to workshop vouchers in coordination with the accounting department. • Organizing and filing all the projects signed. • Prepare reports for the sales department and sending them to the head office. • Follow up all enquiries, prepare proposals where necessary and introducing new signed projects data. • Prepare brochures as required • Calculate the price quotation for some projects if requested.


Required Skills / Experience

Bachelor degree in Business Administration major Marketing or Accounting. Must have at least 2 to 3 years related experience in Sales and Administration.

Years of Experience : 2 - 3 Years

Have good command over his/ her communication skills Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales. Exceptional administrative skills, including strong computer abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships Highly-organized with ability to multi-task
