Job Description

About the client: Is a leader in providing top class fumigation services, protecting people and their environment. They provide a comprehensive approach to their customers' needs by offering snake elimination & preventive measures, pest, termite, bird and vegetation control services and products as well as bioremediation. They are also involved in landscaping and gardening. About the role: Under the direct supervision of the Managing Director this position provides administrative and operational support for the Managing Director and the company. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as record keeping, coordination of meetings and work schedules, coordinating direct mail and working on special projects. Deals with a diverse group of important external stakeholders, visitors as well as internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Location: Sakumono (but will move around to meet client needs) Reporting to: Managing Director RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist with overseeing and management of tasks related to project completion. • Perform administrative and clerical tasks. • Act as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director • Stand in for the Managing Director or take timely decisions in the absence of the Managing Director. • Supervisor the other workers (drivers, pest control officers and contract staff).Maintain and updates schedules in time management system for other staff. • Engage clients to get requests, feedback and complaints. • Complete weekly, monthly and yearly report. • Record work activities performed. • Any other duty that might be assigned.


Required Skills / Experience

• Degree in Business Administration/HND or Diploma in a related field. • 2 – 5 Years working experience in a related field • Must computer literate • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

Some projects may require after work hours/weekend support)
