Job Description

A young health-related facility with interest in other areas has a requirement for an astute and experienced manager to fill the newly created post of Managing Coordinator. The successful applicant will work under the direct authority of the General Manager and will be responsible for the following: Duties • Coordinate administration and operations of the organisation which has both NGO and commercial arms • Form and manage outreach teams and activities • Source for funding and partnerships with donor and capacity-building institutions, nationally and internationally • Ensure efficient stock management, production, procurement and audit practices • Human Resources Management • Administrative supervision of all departments • Ensure timely submission of departmental reports and prompt action on areas requiring attention • Establish a table of regular inspections and meetings and ensure compliance, timely production of minutes/reports and prompt actions on key issues arising therefrom • Serve as co-opted member on boards, committees and any other administrative bodies of the organisation

Required Skills / Experience

• Formal degree or professional equivalent related to the health sector • Experience in marketing, a health related institution or NGO is an advantage • 5- 10 Years Experience
