Job Description

? Co-develop team strategy and annual budgets and provide performance management to achieve market intelligence team targets for recruiting impact-driven, scalable social businesses. ? Provide direct leadership, people management, and performance management to ensure successful pre- and post-investment client projects. ? Support the team to develop tailored, viable, ambitious growth strategies with clients. ? continually provide timely performance feedback to team members, as well as prepare and convene semi-annual formal reviews on performance and individual professional and personal development plans. ? Plan and convene semi-annual team strategy retreats to build company culture, engage the entire team in longer-term company strategy, facilitate team training for continuous professional development. ? Grow our client portfolio through your own networking ? Grow revenue through volume and be responsible for managing the P&L of the Ghana operations. ? Build partnerships with sector experts, industry associations, government agencies, international and local development organizations ? Ensure the following business processes and reports are completed on a timely basis: Monthly management accounts, Quarterly financial statements, Annual audits, Budget performance report and Key performance indicator reports. ? Planning, control and Marketing of Pension Operations


Required Skills / Experience

? Senior management experience in Finance and Sales with experience in Pensions Industry a huge advantage ? 5 – 10 Years’ Experience in emerging markets, especially West Africa ? Experience in management consulting. ? Entrepreneurial experience of founding your own organization is favourable ? MBA and/or CFA is a strong asset

Years of Experience : 5 - 10 Years   
    

Competencies

? Ability to see opportunity and generate ideas where others may get stuck ? Creatively draw from your vast repository/playbook of business growth strategies ? Expertise in finance and structuring equity, debt, and quasi investments ? Ability to coach team members in advanced financial modelling using MS Excel ? High degree of English language proficiency (written and oral) is a necessity
