• Laison with account department present cheques and other vital documents to the bank vice versa • Paying of company’s utility bill on time (water, electricity and internet) • Purchasing of office supplies. • Filling of documents • Keep daily attendance of employee records • Perform other general office duties assigned by your supervisor.

Required Skills / Experience

• Minimum of senior high school Certificate • Minimum 1 years working experience in a foreign company • Computer literate (preferably Microsoft office) • Ability to work with little supervision • Paying attention to details

• Good working relation especially in a multinational company • Ability to work on Saturday (half day)
