Job Description

• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival. • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges. • Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner • Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a printer, a copy machine, and a computer • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed • Maintain the general office filing system • Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Required Skills / Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication or related field or HND in a related discipline. • A minimum of 2 years working experience in an administrative role • Customer-facing work experience is an added advantage • Must have communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

Years of Experience : 2 Years   


Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance • Excellent interpersonal skills • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and use of office equipment
