Job Description
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, assist in preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
• Maintain g office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Deal with official correspondence, complaints and queries
• Assist with the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews etc.
• Laise with employees, suppliers, clients and other parties the company comes into contact with
• Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
• Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Skills / Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication or related field or HND in a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years working experience in an administrative/office management role
• Customer-facing work experience is an added advantage
