Duties

The candidate will be expected to provide the following:

  • Working with the Business Development Team - To develop, plan, execute, and monitor activities for projects as assigned, and deliver the pre-agreed outputs of project activities.
  • Data collection, analysis, and progress reporting of project activities.
  • Surveys to collect information on the perception of participating stakeholders.
  • Publication of the project activities in collaboration with the Business Development team.
  • Support the Digital health team to analyze the result of and evaluate past project activities already concluded.
  • As there need arises, perform project management activities.
  • Other responsibilities as may be defined by the Executive Director.

 

Qualifications

  1. An individual with:
  2. a) Proven track record in providing project management expertise and supporting project

outcomes.

  1. b) Relevant experience working with an international non-profit organization on health financing

and innovative health projects.

  1. c) Skilled in reporting, project planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  2. d) Graduate degree in Public Health, Health Financing, Health Administration/Management or in

a relevant discipline.

  1. e) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including remote communication and

project coordination and monitoring.

  1. The candidate would be expected to work in a team consisting of different individuals for the

domain expertise areas delineated above:

  1. a) The candidate is expected to demonstrate an appreciable level of flexibility in project

implementation.

  1. b) Will be required to coordinate other third-party service providers working on the same

work stream.

  1. c) Travel within Ghana may be required from time to time for the project duration.

 

SKILLS:

• Excellent written and oral communications skills; Fluency in the English language is essential 

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Strong people management skills, a resourceful critical thinker with the ability to solve any arising issues

• Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse teamwork environment driven by results

• Ability to work with minimum or no supervision, under pressure with strict datelines.

• Good proposal writing and Information Technology skills are essential.
