DUTIES

  • Handling Daily bookings
  • Customer service issue resolution
  • Monitoring dispatch riders
  • Preparing daily activity sheet for various riders
  • Keeping proper records of expenses such as fuel, maintenance etc.
  • Keeping records of employee daily attendance
  • Preparing daily clients refunds
  • Managing petty cash imperest and disbursement
  • Prepare daily and monthly delivery reports
  • Handling of the movement of parcels

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Be able to work independently
  • Team player
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship management
  • Result oriented and meet deadlines.
  • Innovative
  • Self-motivated

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

  • A minimum of HND
  • Must be a computer literate
