Job Description

• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and email messages, attend management emails and follow up with service providers. • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence . • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and event related (visitors ,campaigns etc..) • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. • Organize team data log. • Follow up on local authorities administrative matters.


Required Skills / Experience

• HND Secretarial option / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration • Basic phone etiquette and must be dutiful and punctual. • Highly organised and proactive multi tasker with the ability to communicate with internal departments and external clients Years of Experience : 3 - 5 years experience

Competencies

• Friendly and energetic. • Basic data entry, typing and computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
