Job Description

DUTIES: • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information • Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements • Establishes policies by entering client information • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures


Required Skills / Experience

• A minimum of an HND in related field is required • At least 1-3 year’s work experience • MUST be fluent in Chinese, mandarin language

Years of Experience : 1- 3 Years   
    

Competencies

• Good telephone communication skills • Must possess good interpersonal skills • Must have a strong admin background • Must be able to type 30 words within a minute
