•Manage all types of communication. •Ensure all administrative operations of the office are conducted to the highest standard, amongst other areas, to ensure all reporting procedures and processes delegated by HQ are conducted in a timely manner and adhere to all set deadlines. •Other relevant tasks of the job purpose when, and if required.


Required Skills / Experience

• HND /Degree in Business or Admin related courses • 2-3 years’ experience in office administration • Fluent in native & English language, (read, spoken, written).

Years of Experience : 2- 3 Years   
    

Competencies

•Excellent knowledge in MS applications. (especially word and excel) •Excellent interpersonal skills. •Assertiveness •Must live in or around Spintex
