Responsible to ensure quality and compliance of IR process, practices and procedures
Ensure internal talent mobility and manage the talent mobility process
negotiation with external work-related agencies
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
Develops and implements a career development succession planning system that provides backup human resources
Provide and coordinate the delivery of comprehensive human resources support services
Cultivates relationships with employees that ensure support through face to face interaction and feedback
Oversee employee services such as health and safety as well as sports and social facilities
