Report to the Board through the risk, audit and compliance sub-committee of the board
Prepare credit returns to the Bank of Bank (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually)
Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Handling cash collection at the office for all driver partner Walk-ins with arrears
Responsible for preparing all PRUDENTIAL RETURNS; BOG, Apex and Collateral Registry
Liaises with the appointed external auditors to get the college's financial statements audited
Manage the audit function and ensure efficient systems of control and compliance are in place and working in all sections of the bank
Must oversees 3 to 4 groups per day, 5 days of the week and collects weekly cash collaterals and installments
Provide leadership and direction for Treasury operations and the Investor Relations function
Perform industry and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information
Leads engagements such as project managing, building client relationships and finalizing engagement reports.
Develop risk-based Annual Internal Audit plan for BRAC Ghana for Board approval
Record transactions in QuickBooks accounting system and maintain all financial/accounting records
Utilize database software to organize financial account information
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial report
Responsible for Head office payroll and the relevant statutory deductions
Undertake quarterly reconciliation of balances with partners
Develop and document the company’s financial strategies and policies and ensure compliance
The function involves the permanent articulation and reporting of the activities developed with the Administrative and Financial Management in Portugal of the business group in which it is integrated
Develop and execute audit plans based on the organization's risk assessment.
Assess risks for all tasks and ensure they are controlled before and during task execution
Develop financial templates for use (proficiency in Excel is preferred)
Prepares cash receipt vouchers, bank deposits, and reconciles bank statements as needed
