Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the coordination and running of operations at the office. The role requires an active, attention-to-detail professional who can easily adapt to work conditions and changing priorities.

The administrative assistant will represent the image of the company and must depict a positive and good interpersonal relationship with colleagues and others. The professional must have had experience working with health care workers or be familiar with medical language {Health Care}.

 

RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Administrative support and office running.

2. Be able to draft documents and help out with any necessary meeting preparations.

3. Schedule meetings and respond to emails on behalf of the organization.

4. Staff maintenance and control.

5. Maintaining physical and digital filling systems, backups and accurate records

6. Draft slides, meeting notes, minutes, and documents.

7. Maintaining physical and digital filling systems and backups and accurate record-keeping

8. Prepare payroll and budgeting.

9. Telephone and email answering.

10. Input and update info in database and spreadsheets.
11. Event planning and appointment coordination, including flight booking and reservations.

 

Requirements

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT

  • An HND or BSC in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  •  2-3 Year experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and ability to multitask and great follow-up skills.
  •  Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently
  • Detail oriented , organized and ability to multitask.
