Job Summary: An advanced Medical and healthcare supply Company seeks a seasoned civil and building engineer with strong technical skills in structural analysis and design software, as well as project management experience. He/she must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities along with a commitment to safety and sustainability.

RESPONSIBILTIES

1. To see to it that site preparations are ready for the project
2. Designing with measurement using AutoCAD
3. Collect bills of quantities from contractors
4. supervise site or field work
5. Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data plan projects.
6. Able to understand or interpret architectural drawings and advise management.

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, building engineering, or a related field.

    2. A minimum of three years’ experience in the role.

    3. Strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and engineering principles.

    4. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.

    5. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

    6. Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and standards governing construction projects.

   7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

   8. Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

   9. A Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain a license, depending on jurisdiction and career goals.
