Duties
• Developing and implementing advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Strategically arranging bakery items in display cases to encourage customer purchases.
• Routinely observing the quality of the bakery items and ensuring that they do not fall short in standard.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ensuring that the bakery does not lack adequate supplies and baking ingredients.
• Ensuring that proper tabs are kept on the daily activities of the bakery, by way of record keeping.
Qualification
Requirements:
• Degree in culinary arts or baking and pastry arts is an advantage but not required.
• Sound knowledge of different baking techniques is an added advantage.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Excellent management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Sound knowledge of different baking techniques.
