JOB PURPOSE:   To take care of the marketing of the Rice Brand in the local Ghana market and beyond through physical visits and online branding

DUTIES:

• Build strategic relationships and partner with key vendors in the market
• Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and brainstorm fresh strategies
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and their implementation from ideation to execution to increase market share
• Hire and train a team of marketing associates and promoters to coordinate events and increase reach of the product
• To reduce the price spread between the organization and ultimate consumer     
• Deploy effective online branding and increase brand presence and recall
• Increase market service by ensuring product presence in the market

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
• Around 5 years of sales, marketing, online branding & promotion
• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
• Ability to work unpredictable hours, market visits and relationship building
• Excellent communication and decision making skills
