DUTIES 
-
● Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems to ensure that they are functioning properly and meeting the needs of the organization.
● Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems to ensure that they are up-to-date and secure.
● Manage and monitor network security to protect against data breaches and cyber-attacks.
● Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure that data is secure and can be recovered in the event of a system failure or other disaster.
● Provide technical support and training to end-users to help them understand and use computer systems and software effectively.
● Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and making recommendations for upgrades and replacements as necessary.
● Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems are integrated with other business processes and are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
● Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and evaluate new hardware and software solutions to determine if they would be beneficial to the organization.
● Ensure compliance with IT policies and regulations, such as data privacy laws, industry-specific regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
● Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure that IT systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

● A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business systems engineering and computer networking and hardware.
● Must have in-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
● Must have up-to-date knowledge of latest IT and software trends.
● Must have an understanding of latest web trends and its role in commercial environment.
● Excellent analytical, strategic, planning, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
