Duties
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Writing down business requirements in a language preferred by software developers
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc/BA in Management Information Systems
• Bsc Computer Science
• Proven 5 years working experience as with Visio, Lucidchart and any UML modeling tool
• Good research skills
• Good writing Skills
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Proficiency in English
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate a fair understanding of data analysis. Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI is an advantage
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
